For making private nameservers you need 2 nameserver IPs.
How to get it ?
You can find it without contacting us. In your Welcome mail ,you can see our nameservers. Just ping it for getting the nameserver ips.
How to ping ?
If you are using Windows OS, click on Start -> Run. Then type "cmd"
You can see the command prompt now. Just type this for getting the IP
ping nsX.ourNameserver.com
You need to ping both nameservers for getting the 2 IPs.
Then you have to goto the Domain Control panel and register it. It will change by one registrar to another. If you are using MYORDERBOX system you can register it using the CHILD NAMESERVERS
After registering nameservers, please contact us with your private nameservers, We will update your WHM with the new nameservers.
